SB 1                                                                         
The Speaker added a House Special Committee on World Trade and                 
State/Federal Relations referral to precede the State Affairs referral to      
the following:                                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO.  1                                                            
"An Act relating to state implementation of federal statutes."                
                                                                               
SB 1 was removed from the State Affairs Committee and sent to the              
House Special Committee on World Trade and State/Federal Relations,            
with State Affairs and Finance Committee referrals to follow.
